Funny Video Staring Dark Helmet

I made this back in March and don't have the heart of remaking it. It all start with one of Dark Helmet's wishlist in the council section. Dark Helmet thought we should get rid of all carebears in 400. With another carebear group starting up in 420, I thought of this video.
