Fred has been in sector 400 all his game life.  He used to be on 416 and I saw him out and about defending the sector many times.  He even came helping 422 on many occasions.

I invited Fred to 422 last month so that he could roll with us until his base reached level 36.  He also came to sectors 3400 and 1300, and he isn't afraid to fight. He also backs our members up when they need it, and is even hitting bases getting his medal count up.
